Located on a one-acre lot in the Napa Valley, this project had extensive program requirements due to the age and condition of the site, the size of the lot, and a limited budget. We developed a master plan for the entire site, including gardens in the front and back, new pool and patio areas, terraced gardens, and new stone driveway columns and gates. Phase 1 included living and entertaining spaces around a new swimming pool and pergola, re-development of the front entry, and driveway gates. With the master plan, further development of the site can occur when the client is ready to implement it.
