Originally in planning to develop this property for sale, the project's program included two new patios, a new front entry, new driveway gates and driveway plantings, and gardens surrounding the house. As the project progressed we added new parking area, fish pond and vegetable garden. The design of the garden is based on the concept of a stream flowing by the house, and the design grows from that core idea, although no water or water intensive plants were used.
