Tule Elk Elementary School is located in Cow Hollow in San Francisco. The school was involved in a major playground renovation. We were asked to develop a planting plan that would create an educationally rich environment. Plants were selected to create an ecologically complex landscape that would stimulate learning about plant varieties, bird and butterfly habitats, and native species.
